For the sake of readability, dispensing with the simultaneous use of male and female forms of speech. All references to persons shall nevertheless for both sexes.
Terms and conditions
The general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all courses offered by the Istituto per la Ricerca e la Promozione Artistica e Musicale (IPRAM).
They are recognized as the notification.
Application
The registration is valid only after the receipt of the course fee.
Upon receipt of the application and receipt of tuition fee, the interested parties have an authorization on the participation to the course or written notice of the date (for example, missing data, waiting list, rejection, etc.)
Application in writing, either by forwarding the completed registration form to the e-mail address: info@accademiaditaggia.com or by filling out the online form on the website www.accademiaditaggia.com.
Registration fees
The fees vary according to passive or active participation.
For the courses offered in the tender, the reported participation rates apply.

Accommodation
Each participant has the opportunity to be hosted in the rooms of the monastery of San Domenico.
In general, there are double rooms, at an extra cost, there are a small number of single rooms.
Room rates are displayed on the homepage of the Accademia di Musica di Taggia.
The booking of accommodation (specifying a double / single room required) must be carried out together with the application.
The payment of accommodation is made in cash upon arrival in Taggia directly to the organizer.
Arrival departure
The indicate dates of the Masterclasses have to be considered as day of arrival and day of departure.
The arrival and departure is at your own expenses of participants.
The arrival of the night in the Monastero di San Domenico is done not later than 20 o´clock.
At the depart the rooms have to be left before 11:00 o´clock.
Classes begin at 9 clock on the first day of class.
Privacy Policy
The IPRAM rises with the registration personal data and processes them to perform their duties.
The participant with the application agrees with storing of its data.
Transfer of Rights
The participant agrees with the application that the Instituto per la Ricerca e la Promozione Artistica e Musicale (IPRAM) create any video and audio recordings in connection with his participation in a master class, concert or project, including interviews.
Disclaimer
The Instituto per la Ricerca e la Promozione Artistica e Musicale accepts no liability for personal injury, and property damage, unless there is negligence on the part of the IPRAM.
By students caused damage and contamination of the building and his fornitures, of the equipment and instruments, will be charged by the students by themselves.
The Instituto per la Ricerca e la Promozione Artistica e Musicale assumes no liability for the conduct or content in concerts and events of other organizers.
Age students
The legal guardian or person entitled to have custody, which concludes the contract for participation in the masterclasses of IPRAMs on behalf of the minor participant, consented that the Instituto per la Ricerca e la Promozione Artistica e Musicale does not exercise supervision over the minor participant.
For registration of a minor participant, a declaration signed by the legal guardian / authorized person parents having custody is required.
The legal guardian or person entitled to have custody is liable for damages caused by the minor participant.
The legal guardian or person entitled to have custody has also to indemnify the IPRAM in respect of all claims for damages and hold harmless, which are made by the minor participant asserted.
Amendment or cancellation before the start of an event
The Instituto per la Ricerca e la Promozione Artistica e Musicale (IPRAM) reserves the right to cancel a course in case of low demand in the short term or to postpone the start. The same applies to course cancellations due to failure of a faculty or force majeure. In these cases no costs to the participants. Contributions paid in advance will be refunded in full. In addition, no further claims against the IPRAMs can be claimed.
Termination
The participant may terminate the contract after admission. Upon termination, the IPRAM charges a cancellation cost based on the participation fee, with the following rates:
up to 1 month before the event: 50 € as a processing fee
at least 1 month before the start until the beginning of the event: 50% of the registration fee
the non-appearance without a valid reason: 100% of the registration fee
The notice must be in writing. As a termination date shall be the date of the email received.
Others
Audio and video recordings are not permitted at all events of the Instituto per la Ricerca e la Promozione Artistica e Musicale (IPRAM).
In all parts of the Convento San Domenico, smoking is prohibited by legal regulation.
Pets are not allowed.
The Direction reserves the unquestionable right to expel students who do not adhere to the rules of these Terms and Conditions, or engage in conduct not suitable to the host structure.
The house rules of the Monastero di San Domenico is binding for the participants.
The amounts recognized in the tender specific regulations for individual events are part of the Terms and Conditions.
Salvatoric Clause
If single provisions of these terms and conditions are or will be invalid, the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected. In place of the ineffective provision, a substitute provision that approximates the purpose of the intended provision.
In any case, the only valid "Terms and Conditions" is the italian version "Regolamenti Contrattuali".
